Exam Requirements

In an effort to create a competitive and scholastic environment, best suited for learning, North Shore College requires applicants to pass an entrance exam as an admission requirement.

TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education)

Entrance into the Prerequisite courses requires a passing score of 65% on TABE

TEAS® (Test of Essential Academic Skills)

Entrance into the Practical Nursing Program requires a passing score of 50% on TEAS

HESI A2 (Health Education System, Inc)

Students taking HESI A2 required to obtain a minimum 60% on HESI A2
